Welcome to Echo City! If you're lucky, you're probably a norm. Tweaks (genetic misfits) on the other hand aren't as lucky. Tweaks are forced to work for corrupt businessman thanks to even more corrupt politicians passing the Echo City Survivor's Registration Act. By law, they are forced to work in physically intensive industries like construction and mining for little to no pay. No matter how hard they try, the system won't let them succeed and live better lives. Will our hero Adrian Avery find his place in Echo City or let the system get out of hand?
